Cookies
Overview
Cranberry biscuits and chocolate chip biscuits. Because my kids like chocolate and my husband likes cranberry biscuits and it’s troublesome to make them twice, I decided to make two kinds of biscuits together🍪 to get the best of both worlds

I made the cranberry cookies first to save utensils and time. Sift the mixed flour into a butter bowl
-
Stir evenly up and down. Friends who don’t like cranberries can put them directly into a piping bag and ignore the following two steps and bake them in the oven directly. It’s also quite delicious
-
Chop the cranberries
-
Mix into the butter dough and mix well
-
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, put it into a piping bag and place a baking sheet with a layer of kitchen paper
-
Extrude a round shape and press it down to make the plane even and the biscuits will be evenly crispy
-
I use a Midea oven and bake at 150 for 20-25 minutes. It depends on the oven. It depends on the oven. It’s best to check the last few minutes and turn off the oven when you think it’s almost brown. I’ve done it twice before, but I didn’t master the last few minutes and it burned. Personal experience

While the oven is baking cookies, you can now make chocolate-flavored cookies. Sift the mixed flour into a butter bowl
-
Stir up and down evenly
-
Use scissors✂ to cut the nuts into small pieces and add as much as you like. It’s also delicious
-
Mix the chopped nuts and dough evenly
-
Just in time, the cranberries in the oven are ready. Take them out of the oven and put them on a plate. Use the piping bag for a second time. I bought a thickened piping bag and cover it with paper on a baking sheet
-
Squeeze into a round shape and press it into the oven

It will become crispy after cooling. Store it in a bottle. This is the yellow peach canning bottle used when making Black Forest Cake. It is just right for use
