Egg yolk biscuits ~ the taste of childhood
Overview
We all loved eating egg yolk biscuits when we were young. The taste is so nostalgic. The first thing I wanted to do when I got a new oven was to make egg yolk cookies. It has a strong egg yolk aroma, is sweet and crispy, and is suitable for all ages. It is a good snack. It’s also very suitable for babies to eat, one bite is so satisfying!

Prepare a basin without oil and water, 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg

Use a whisk to mix the egg yolks and whole eggs, then add 1/3 of the fine sugar
-
Beat until thickened and then add 1/3 of the caster sugar

Wait until the egg liquid starts to form lines before adding the remaining caster sugar

Whip the egg liquid until the egg beater is lifted, and the dripping egg liquid will not disappear immediately, and the egg liquid on the egg beater will not drip very much.

Mix the egg liquid and flour evenly by stirring from the bottom! The mixing process should be fast and gentle!

Put the mixed batter into a piping bag and squeeze it onto tin foil

Then put it into the preheated oven, 150 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, and it will be done in about 20 minutes.

My debut oven project, although not perfect, I still took photos of the process. I regard it as a process of learning how to bake. I believe I will make progress through continuous learning!
