Wash the Chinese cabbage, immerse it in boiling water, remove and drain, and chop into small pieces.

Add an egg.

Pour in a little flour, water and salt and stir clockwise until it becomes a thin paste.

Heat a pan, add a little oil, pour in the batter, spread evenly, and fry slowly over low heat.

Fry until both sides are golden brown.

Slice out of the pan.
