Braised chicken with fungus and mushrooms
Overview
Fungus and shiitake mushrooms are good for the body, so I used them to braise chicken giblets this time! It’s rich in flavor and delicious with rice~satisfying!

Wash the fungus and shiitake mushrooms, cut them into strips, and soak them well. (Do not throw away the water used to soak the mushrooms)

Wash and cut the chicken offal, add cooking wine, ginger and salt and marinate for 15 minutes. (Rubbing the chicken intestines repeatedly with salt is helpful for cleaning...)

Other ingredients are prepared as shown in the picture.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and millet pepper until fragrant.

Pour the chicken giblets together with the cooking wine and other marinating juices.

Stir-fry for 20 seconds and set aside.

Don't pour out the juice in the pot, just add green peppers and colored peppers and stir-fry for a while.

Add fungus and shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry for a while and add appropriate amount of salt.

Add chicken giblets and mushroom soaking water.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add celery.

Add coriander and serve. (If it’s not flavorful enough, add oyster sauce)
