  1. Wash the white radish and cut into slices as thin as possible, about 2 mm.

  4. Make sweet and sour sauce. Pour light soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar into the bowl and mix well.

  5. Pour the sweet and sour sauce into the radish slices until the juice covers the radish slices.

  6. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 24 hours.
