Prepare puff pastry ingredients.

Let the butter soften to room temperature until it can be pressed with your fingers.

Add powdered sugar.

Beat the butter and icing sugar with an electric mixer until evenly combined.

Add sifted cake flour and milk powder.

Use a spatula to stir until smooth and uniform, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

While the puff pastry is freezing, prepare the puff ingredients.

Beat the eggs and mix well.

Weigh the butter, water, and salt into the pot.

Heat over medium-low heat until butter melts and brings to a boil.

After boiling, turn off the heat, pour in the low-gluten flour, stir evenly quickly, and then remove from the heat.

Let the liquid cool to about 60 degrees, add the egg liquid several times, and stir evenly each time.

Stir until the puff paste emerges into an inverted triangle shape, then place it into a piping bag.

Pipe dots at intervals on the baking sheet.

After the puff pastry is frozen and hard, take it out and divide it into 9 even portions.

First make a round shape, then flatten it and place it on top of the squeezed puff batter.

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

Bake until puff pastry is colored, then take out and let cool.

While the puffs are cooling, prepare the cream ingredients.

Add 1% powdered sugar to the whipped cream.

Beat the eggs with an electric mixer until 10 minutes.

Put the whipped cream into a piping bag and use a 1M piping tip.

Cut off the top of the puffs, pipe in whipped cream, and decorate slightly.
