Prepare materials. Mince onion and ginger, slice garlic and set aside. Cut green and red peppers into rings.

In advance, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, an appropriate amount of starch, and mix evenly into a sauce. Set aside.
