Asparagus and bacon rolls
Overview
When asparagus meets bacon, the combination of meat and vegetables is still very fresh and crispy. It looks like a simple dish, but the taste is very extraordinary.

Cut the asparagus into approximately 14 cm long sections, add salt to the pot, add a few drops of cooking oil, blanch it in boiling water, remove and cool it and set aside.

In a frying pan without oil, fry the bacon until golden brown on both sides.

Take a piece of bacon, roll in 3 asparagus sticks, and cook them all in order.

Add to the pan again, fry briefly, then transfer to a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
