  16. Put it into the mold for fermentation. I use the fermentation setting of the oven and put a bowl of boiling water at the bottom of the oven.

  17. After the bread is fermented, apply egg wash and preheat the oven to 180 degrees for upper heat and 185 degrees for lower heat. Bake the bread in the oven for 35 minutes and then take it out to cool.
