Yuanxiao wolfberry and white fungus soup
Overview
It’s been hot lately, so I just want to eat something light, and it’s been a long time since I’ve eaten Yuanxiao. I happen to have fresh and beautiful white fungus at home, and I’m greedy just looking at it. So I’ll make myself a bowl of sweet soup to satisfy my craving, and also give myself some food.

Prepare all ingredients

Soak fresh white fungus in water for ten minutes. If it is dry white fungus, it needs to be soaked 3 hours in advance

Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces, steam it in a pot, take it out and let it cool

Blend the pumpkin into a paste with a food processor

Soak wolfberry in water for 5 minutes
