  1. Wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces, soak them in water for twenty minutes, and change the water several times during the process. Marinate the ribs with ginger, minced garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and cooking oil for about 20 minutes.

  2. Peel the taro and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle some salt and marinate for 5 minutes.

  3. Heat oil in a pot and fry or pan-fry the taro until cooked.

  4. When it's time to steam, mix the ribs with some cornstarch. Coat the ribs with a thin layer of starch.

  5. Fried or pan-fried taro is placed on the plate.

  6. Place the marinated and starched pork ribs on top, and top with the seasoning mixed with half a tablespoon of light soy sauce and half a teaspoon of sugar.
