Dough that has undergone secondary fermentation.

Chop the beef and green onions, add oyster sauce and mix evenly.

Divide the fermented dough into portions and roll it into a slightly thin strip.

Spread the beef and scallion stuffing on the dough sheet.

Fold both sides toward the middle.

Roll into a round cake from one end.

Press lightly into cake.

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the garden cake.

Fry and set until both sides are lightly browned.

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees for five minutes, then bake the beef patties for 30 minutes.
