Blooming yellow roses
Overview
Pumpkin is rich in nutrients and a variety of trace elements. Pumpkin can protect the gastric mucosa and help digestion. Eating pumpkin regularly can also prevent and treat diabetes, lower blood sugar, eliminate carcinogens, and promote growth and development. Foods made with pumpkin are often loved by everyone. I made a delicate yellow rose using pumpkin and flour, and I was simply amazed by its beauty!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and cut the pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds, peel and cut into small pieces.
-
Steam it in a microwave or steamer,
-
Use a spatula to stir into a puree and set aside to cool.
-
Melt the yeast with water and pour it into the flour, then pour the cooled pumpkin puree into the basin and mix evenly with a spatula or chopsticks.
-
Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands, cover the basin with plastic wrap to keep it moisturized, and place it in a warm place to rise.
-
The basic work is completed when it is doubled in size.
-
After taking out the dough, knead it repeatedly for about 10 minutes to make the surface of the dough very smooth. Roll the dough into long strips and cut it into 20g pieces.
-
Roll the small dough into rounds and arrange them in groups of 5 in order, with an interval of 2.5cm. Roll up from bottom to top, and press it with chopsticks in the middle (it helps to expand)
-
After rolling it, press it in the middle.
-
Just adjust the direction of both sections by hand.
-
Pour water into the pot, put the raw embryo in and cover it. If it is winter, preheat the water in the pot to warm and put the formed dough into it for proofing again. Leave enough space in the middle for expansion
-
After 20 minutes, turn the heat to medium-low and steam it for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Open the lid and take out the pretty roses.
-
Remove from the pan and let cool on a covered curtain.
