A treasure for children and women - braised tofu with shrimps
Overview
When I bought fish in the morning, I saw small shrimps again, but they were still placed with the fish. The fish seller was busy and asked me to pick them out myself. I was going to buy some to cook with the fish, but suddenly I came up with this dish - braised tofu with shrimps. It is said that small fish and shrimps are high in calcium, and the same is true for tofu products. My daughter didn’t like to eat tofu in the past, so I fried it a little and simmered it with some vegetables. She liked it very much. Giving calcium supplements to children is what every mother wants to do. And so do us women. If you don’t have river shrimps, shrimp skin, dried shrimps, or dried shrimps will all work. I’m sure your kids will love them, so give it a try.
