Add beef shanks to cold water, bring to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and continue cooking for a while, rinse with warm water and drain.

Add water, beef shank, onion knots and ginger cubes to the electric pressure cooker and press the beef button to cook.

After cooling, refrigerate and cut into thin slices.

Add chili oil, minced ginger, sugar, salad dressing, sesame oil, and salt to the bowl and mix.
