Steamed Pork Knuckles with Perilla
Overview
Some time ago, my mother's perilla grew in a large area, like a lush vegetable patch. One day my sister asked me to use it to steam pork knuckles! I asked: Is the steamed pork knuckle with perilla delicious? Pork knuckles smell so strong, steam them? But she found that the New World replied to me: What, you have never eaten this dish? Now everyone in my family only likes this method, and they don’t like anything else. After hearing what she said, I decided to try it the next day. In fact, my mother has never eaten it either. It was steamed with firewood in a large pot at home. After opening the lid, the aroma filled the room. As a result, a few kilograms of pig's knuckles were eaten by the whole family. After eating, my mother said that she would cook it in a few days. You can see how popular it is! And I prefer to eat steamed perilla leaves like this, which is fragrant and delicious! So you must put more perilla! And it’s best not to have pork knuckles with a lot of lean meat. Only the bones with skin on them are the most delicious.
