Raisin, wolfberry and corn cake, simple and unpretentious

I like to eat cereals very much, but sometimes I can’t think of how to eat them better. Fortunately, there is a world of delicious food. I just look for any good recipes. I saw the cake making post of Yue Jingjing Caiyuanzi, which is very easy to make, so I also learned a lot. The pictures I took are not very good, so I want to share them with you! My daughter likes raisins, so I added some ingredients and changed it a bit

Dissolve yeast in 130g of warm water (the water temperature should not be higher than 40 degrees) and let it sit for a few minutes

Soak the raisins in water until they become larger, take them out and set aside. Rinse the wolfberries with water, soak them in water, take them out and set aside (I forgot to take a picture of this)

Mix all ingredients except yeast

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size. Place the raisins and wolfberries on the surface

Pour cold water into the pot, steam over high heat for about 30 minutes, steam until stuffy for 3 minutes before opening the lid.
