Fried green peppers with eggs
Overview
The home-grown side dishes brought by my sister have a really different taste. You won’t get tired of eating them continuously. They are delicious home-cooked dishes with some carrots added. They are colorful, crispy and nutritious. They are loved by both adults and children.

Prepare all materials

Wash and cut green peppers into pieces, wash and cut sharp peppers into pieces, peel and wash carrots and slice them

Beat the eggs and fry them

In a separate pan, sauté the five-spice powder, onion and ginger until fragrant, add the carrots and stir-fry

Add green pepper and stir-fry

Add the fried eggs and stir well

Add salt and a little less soy sauce to taste, and remove from the pan.
