Fry the peanuts until cooked.

Remove the red skin.

Place the peanuts and a few sesame seeds in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.

Add brown sugar, white sugar, and lard and mix well.

Steam the purple sweet potatoes and grind them into puree.

Cut the carrots into small pieces and blend into a puree in a food processor. Take the juice and set aside.

Add glutinous rice flour to the purple sweet potato puree and mix into a dough.

Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour into carrot juice and mix into dough. Add another piece of white dough. (Forgot to take pictures)

Divide the peanut puree into small portions.

Take a little white dough and press it into a cake shape, and put a piece of orange dough on top. Roll them together again. Knead into colored dough and add peanut paste.

Wrap into evenly sized glutinous rice balls.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and cook.
