Bacon hand-shredded cabbage

I bought some bacon from the supermarket and fried it with cabbage! A home-cooked dish that goes well with meals!

Tear the cabbage into small pieces with your hands

Soak the bacon in water and cut into thin slices

Prepare the sauce: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, sesame oil, chicken powder and mix well

Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, then remove the Sichuan peppercorns

Then add ginger and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add dry red chili pepper

Add the bacon slices and stir-fry, add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

Pour the prepared sauce into

Add in hand-shredded cabbage and stir-fry

Stir-fry until 6 or 7 weeks old and ready to serve. Mine was a bit overdone
