Prepare yellow croaker, steamed fish with soy sauce, ginger, scallions, onions, carrots, and dried chilies

Cut a few knives on the back of the fish and put a little ginger on it. Put it on a plate and seal it with plastic wrap. Poke a few holes in the plastic wrap

Place in a pot and steam until cooked, about 10 minutes

When the fish is cooked, take it out and peel off the plastic wrap

Pour in the steamed fish soy sauce, add 3/1 of the sugar, shredded ginger, green onions, onions and dried chilies

Pour in boiling oil

Ready to serve
