Fried Chicken and Wild Rice Mixed with Wild Rice

People in Yunnan fry a bottle of chicken berries for seasoning during the rainy season, when the mushrooms are on the market. It is made by washing fresh chicken berries and tearing them into small strips, then adding Sichuan peppercorns and dried chili peppers and frying them in a large pot of oil. After squeezing out the water in the chicken berries, it is completed. The chicken berries can be used as seasonings or eaten as a dish. They taste dry and chewy. Today I mixed wild rice with chicken and wolfberries. Peel and wash the bamboo shoots from wild rice and cut into shreds.
