Fried squid roll

The squid rolls are paired with red and green peppers, which are delicious and beautiful.

Two squids, keep only the body parts, remove the internal organs and black membrane on the skin, wash them

On the inside of the body, cut the knife at an angle of 45 degrees to create fine stripes

Hold the knife vertically and cut out a cross pattern

Cut into rectangular pieces 5 cm long and 3 cm wide, and finish the other squid body in the same way

Cut green onion into diagonal sections and dice ginger

Cut red bell peppers and capsicum into diamond-shaped pieces

Put light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar into a bowl and mix into juice

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a small amount of cooking wine, put the squid pieces into the water, and take them out as soon as they are rolled

Heat oil in a pan, add diced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in scallions and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the bell pepper cubes and stir-fry for one minute

Pour in the drained squid rolls

Pour the juice into the bowl and stir-fry evenly

Take out of the pot and plate
