Chicken Ravioli
Overview
In my impression, the wontons made by my mother are still the most delicious. They are cooked in a hot pot, the fillings are big, and the taste is incomparable to my mother (^-^) I was greedy on the weekend, and I made it on my own. After a lot of clinking, the delicious big wontons came out of the pot, and a big bowl was eaten. Dad ate two big bowls @_@ took the photo and sent it to my mother. My mother said that she can quit the kitchen in the future, without the sauce -_-#

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut chicken thigh into fingernail-sized pieces
-
Chop green onions and mix with chicken, add light soy sauce, salt, and five-spice powder to marinate while preparing other ingredients
-
Pour the marinated chicken into a blender and stir, stirring slowly at break points. The time should not be long to avoid turning into mud
-
Chop the cabbage heart and coriander into fine pieces and mix with the chicken
-
Add oil, salt, sesame oil and light soy sauce, stir clockwise
-
Knead the dough, cut it into a long dough, press it flat, roll it out a little, and use a machine to press it into a dough of suitable thickness. I highly recommend this machine. It is sold everywhere. It is very easy to use, saves effort and is not tiring. It is originally used to roll noodles ≥﹏≤
-
The pressed dough can be cut into trapezoids or triangles
-
Start wrapping. When using trapezoidal dough, place the short side down, close to the side of the body. Place the filling slightly downward in the middle of the dough, close to the short side. Pick up the short side of the dough and press it upwards. Just fold the two sides. It’s a bit complicated to repeat, but it’s easy to operate
-
Arrange evenly and wait for cooking
-
Put a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onion, minced garlic, light soy sauce, add water, simmer the pot, when the water boils, add wontons (you can add shredded cabbage or other vegetables to the pot in this step)
-
Shred the lettuce, mince the green onions and coriander and set aside
-
Boil the wontons in three boiling water (i.e. add a small amount of raw water after the first boil, then boil to second boil, add cold water and boil again to third boil), add lettuce when boiling for second, add chopped green onion, coriander, and a small amount of salt when boiling, and take it out of the pot

The condiments are optional. When I eat them in my hometown, they are served with garlic sauce (minced garlic and soy sauce). It can also be spicy or sour. It’s still great even without the original flavor ^o^
