Chop garlic and chili into small pieces

Wash the coriander and cut into sections

After soaking the kelp, wash it and cut it into thin strips, put it in a pot and cook for 5 minutes

Take out the cooked kelp, put it on a plate, add garlic and chili

Heat oil in a pot, pour it on the garlic and chili, add some vinegar, soy sauce and sugar and mix well

Just add coriander and sesame oil at the end
