Add salt, chicken essence, eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil and green onions to the pork filling and mix well

Blanch the spinach and put it into a blender. Add the spinach puree to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover it and let it rest in a warm place for 20 minutes

Roll the rested dough into long strips and cut into small pieces
