Tiramisu is a world-famous Italian dessert. Due to its wide spread, different regions have made some adjustments to the recipe to cater to local tastes, but the most indispensable ingredients must be: mascarpone cheese and espresso.

Prepare materials.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to black coffee, add rum and stir.

Dip the finger cakes in coffee liquid and put them into the mold.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the egg yolks, heat over water, and stir constantly until the color becomes lighter and thicker.

Add vanilla extract, salt and mascarpone cheese and stir to combine.

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Then add the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk batter.

Spread a layer of coffee finger biscuits and a layer of batter in this order, cover the container with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
