Overview

Wash the tenderloin and cut into slightly thicker slices, add salt and pepper and stir evenly.

Add light soy sauce and stir evenly.

Add starch and stir evenly.

Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut into slices.

Wash the carrots and cut into slices.

Wash the cucumber and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, put the king oyster mushrooms and carrots into the pan and drain them out.

Put the oil in the pan again, stir-fry the onion and ginger until fragrant, and stir-fry the meat slices.

Stir-fry until the meat slices change color, add king oyster mushrooms and carrots to the pan and stir-fry.
