Wash the vegetables, wrap the enoki mushrooms in the lettuce and thread them with a skewer to control the water, so there won’t be so much oil splashing when frying! (It’s best to use tofu skin. I didn’t buy tofu skin. It’s not easy to roll lettuce.) As shown in the picture

Get spicy noodles (special for fried skewers)

Pour less oil into the bottom of the pot and heat it up

Add the minced green onion and minced ginger and stir-fry (I chopped the minced green onion and minced ginger after dressing the vegetables and forgot to take a photo)

Add tomato paste and continue frying (if you don’t have tomato paste, you can use less tomatoes instead!)

This is stir-fried with spicy noodles (be careful not to burn it over low heat)

Add half a bowl of boiling water and season (because there are seasonings in the chili noodles, so the ingredients are very small, you can taste it). After adding the seasonings, let it simmer for a while and then take it out of the pot (at this time, the spicy noodles will be thick and sticky) as shown in the picture

Pour out the ingredients, clean the pot and heat it up, pour half a bowl of oil (my sesame oil, you can choose your own oil), continue to heat, and when the oil warms up, add the vegetable rolls (this process is very painful, and the oil will not splash, so please pay attention to your own safety)

Take out the fried skewers to control the oil (just fry them a little, they are easy to cook, I only fry until soft and then take them out😁)

Put the fried skewers into a larger plate, use a brush to apply the hot sauce paste you just fried, and sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds! The taste is no worse than the ones outside
