Overview

I stewed this beef for 2 hours. It melts in your mouth. The beef is soft and glutinous and has a slightly spicy taste.

  1. Prepare beef.

  3. Blanch the beef in a pot of cold water to remove the foam, wash and set aside.

  5. Heat oil in a pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry until the color turns brown, then add chopped green onion and other accessories and sauté until fragrant.

  8. Then add water and minced beef and start to simmer over low heat. Add various seasonings, a little cooking wine, and finally add salt.

  9. After simmering for almost 2 hours, start adding salt and simmering over high heat to reduce the juice.
