Spicy Beef
Overview
I stewed this beef for 2 hours. It melts in your mouth. The beef is soft and glutinous and has a slightly spicy taste.

Prepare beef.

Change the knife to cut faster.

Blanch the beef in a pot of cold water to remove the foam, wash and set aside.

Prepare accessories.

Heat oil in a pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry until the color turns brown, then add chopped green onion and other accessories and sauté until fragrant.

Then add beef rice and stir-fry.

Fry and color.

Then add water and minced beef and start to simmer over low heat. Add various seasonings, a little cooking wine, and finally add salt.

After simmering for almost 2 hours, start adding salt and simmering over high heat to reduce the juice.

When I tasted a piece of meat, it was very glutinous and melted in my mouth.
