Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour

Add water and knead the dough with your hands until the basin is smooth, then add cooking oil and knead until the dough absorbs the oil

Divide into 4 pieces and roll until flat and long

Place in a steamer, add cold water to the pot, turn to medium to low heat after the water boils and cook for 25 minutes

Remove from pan and cool

You can cut it into long thick slices, fry it and sprinkle it with sugar. Just be careful not to fry it for too long, otherwise it will become hard and taste bad
