Prepare the materials in the picture

Cut the cabbage into thin strips, add appropriate amount of salt, and marinate

Cut other ingredients as shown in the picture (the green pepper is just for a good look, you can leave it out)

Squeeze out the pickled cabbage and put it on a plate

Put all the chopped ingredients into a plate, add white vinegar, sugar and appropriate amount of salt (I have some chili noodles at home, I also put some)
