Stir the meat filling while adding pepper water (or purified water). After stirring vigorously, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, pepper, minced ginger, minced green onion and a little starch. Continue to stir evenly and let it sit for a while.

Wash the cabbage leaves and tear into large pieces.

Separately chop the green onion leaves, slice the garlic, wash and cut the coriander into sections.

Mix the delicious meat filling, squeeze it into round balls with your hands, put it on a plate and set aside.

Pour cooking oil into the pot to heat, add scallions and white garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry for a few times, then add hot water to boil and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the meatballs, mix well, continue to cook for about 5 minutes, and add salt.

Turn off the heat, add green onion and coriander and stir evenly.
