Fried hairtail

My niece is staying for a few days during the summer vacation. For health reasons, I have never bought her any snacks. When I went to the supermarket to buy food today, I deliberately asked her what snacks she wanted to eat. She replied, "Can't you make it?" Yesterday I ate all the fried hairtail for snacks!

Wash the hairtail and cut into sections, cut the ginger into small pieces;

Add Huadiao wine, salt and ginger slices and marinate for more than half an hour;

Use the kitchen to absorb the moisture from the marinated hairtail fish and set aside after all is done;

Pour an appropriate amount of flour into a bowl, add the hairtail pieces, and evenly coat both sides with flour;

Use chopsticks to hold a piece together and knock off the excess flour along the edge of the plate;

Heat a frying pan, pour an appropriate amount of oil to 70% heat, add the hairtail pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides;
