  1. Soak the glutinous rice for about four hours. If the soaking time is short, it will not be easy to steam. Cut yam and purple sweet potato into cubes.

  2. Steam the purple sweet potato and yam in a steamer. You can control the time for about ten minutes. Depending on the size of the pieces you cut and the size of the fire, you can easily pierce it with a toothpick or chopsticks.

  3. Put in a food processor, add two tablespoons of condensed milk and three tablespoons of light cream and beat until smooth.

  4. This is beaten. If you don’t have a food processor, it doesn’t matter. You can put it in plastic wrap and press it into a puree. You can also pass it through a filter, but it is more laborious but it is also relatively fine.

  5. Steam the glutinous rice in a basket cloth, or you can put it in a container without a basket cloth and cover it with plastic wrap. Mash the glutinous rice with a tool that weighs your hands, as long as you can't see the shape of the rice. Take 2/1 and spread it into a greased crisper (use tasteless oil), then spread the purple sweet potato puree and then spread a layer of glutinous rice. Compact and refrigerate for about two hours, invert and take out.

  6. Take it out and cut it into pieces. When cutting, apply some tasteless oil on the knife to make the cut look better, otherwise it will stick to the knife. Take an appropriate amount of grated coconut and crush the rose flowers. Part of it is sprinkled with desiccated coconut and part of it is sprinkled with crushed rose flowers. Nuts and preserved fruits can also be used.
