Simple and quick Oreo milk bar

A quick and easy Oreo milk bar. There is no need to whip it, just stir it evenly, mix it, shape it and refrigerate it, cut it into strips and bake it! It tastes crispy and fragrant, with crushed Oreos added, it's slightly sweet but not greasy, and you can taste the slightly grainy texture of Oreos! Prepare materials. Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature.

The chopped Oreos can be put into a plastic bag and rolled into thin pieces with a rolling pin.

Soften the butter and pour in the powdered sugar.

Beat until the butter paste is smooth and there are no powdered sugar particles. Add condensed milk and beat to combine.

Add the room temperature milk in 3-4 batches, beat until mixed and then add the next batch until all the milk is added.

Mix well and sift in the flour and milk powder.

Use a spatula to mix evenly and pour in the chopped Oreos. Continue to mix evenly.

With the help of oil paper, shape into a 1CM thick rectangle. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes to set.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Once shaped, cut into long strips and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper!

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 165 degrees for 20 minutes. Cover with tin foil when the color is satisfied.
