Prepare ingredients. Dice the taro and chives, and smash the ginger.

Add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, starch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and minced ginger to the minced meat, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Wash the rice, add water, add sesame oil, mix well and soak for 30 minutes.
