Braised fish with tofu in pot

Cut the fish into thick slices and clean it.

Add cooking wine, green onions, shredded ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, a little salt, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Chop garlic and scallion into small pieces; dice chili pepper and millet pepper; cut onion into shreds; cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and tear into strips, wash and set aside.

Cut the tofu into about 2cm thick slices and drain the surface moisture with kitchen paper.

Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.

Heat oil in another pot, add onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add onion shreds and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the fried onions into the casserole and place on the bottom.

Then add enoki mushrooms.

Spread the fried tofu on top of the enoki mushrooms.

Then put the marinated fish on top.

Sprinkle with peppercorns and millet pepper.

Pour in a can of beer, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then add a little salt to taste.

Remove from pot and sprinkle with coriander.
