  1. Cut the fish into thick slices and clean it.

  8. Pour the fried onions into the casserole and place on the bottom.

  12. Sprinkle with peppercorns and millet pepper.

  13. Pour in a can of beer, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then add a little salt to taste.
