Marinate the salmon pieces with soy sauce, salt, and black peppercorns. Drizzle with lemon juice. You can massage the fish pieces with your hands to make it easier to absorb the flavor. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Prepare the guacamole. Add a hard-boiled egg yolk, sprinkle with some sea salt, black peppercorns, and a little mustard, and mix well

Take a pan, pour olive oil into the pan, when the oil temperature is 60% hot, add the marinated salmon pieces, skin side down, add thyme and fry together, cover and simmer for 1 minute, turn the salmon over and simmer for another 1 minute

Serve on a plate with [Ricos Guacamole] and cherry radish. Depending on personal taste, you can drizzle some more soy sauce.
