Cook noodles. Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, put the noodles in and cook them. The cooked noodles will taste better after being soaked in cold water. I used dried noodles, you can use any noodles you like☺️

Cut ingredients. Cut onions, coriander and millet into small pieces and set aside😯

Prepare side dishes. Cut the cucumber into shreds, ignore my cucumber strips😜. If you like bean sprouts, you can also boil some soybean sprouts and put them on

Make the sauce. Pour vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sesame paste, and Worcestershire sauce into a small bowl and mix well. Add a little more salt because the juice needs a little cold water😇
