Overview
An extremely simple coffee jelly. Occasionally, you brew too much coffee and use gelatin to make it into a jelly-like shape. The coffee becomes a dessert cup. It can be made with freshly brewed coffee or pure coffee powder.

Soak 2 pieces of gelatine in cold water until softened

Fine sugar and gelatine (pinch out the water), put them into the freshly brewed hot coffee

Stir evenly until the gelatine is completely melted

Pour into a crisper and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes

Add 10 grams of icing sugar to the light cream and beat until slightly hard

Put the whipped cream into a piping bag and set aside

Take out the coffee that has been refrigerated until it solidifies, cut it into small pieces with a knife, and make a pot of yogurt jelly

Pour the coffee jelly into a cup, top with whipped cream, and garnish with mint leaves
