Milky sago rice dumplings
Overview
The Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon, so today I’m going to make some mini sweet rice dumplings with sago! The sago soaked in milk is added with bean paste filling, sago QQ, children will probably like it!

Bought leftover sago for making sago

Add milk, powdered sugar and corn oil, mix well and soak for a while

After washing the rice dumpling leaves, put them into a pot and bring to a boil. Add a few drops of salad oil to the water

Take a rice dumpling leaf and fold it into a sharp corner

Scoop in appropriate amount of sago

Add bean paste filling

Then add appropriate amount of sago

Fold the rice dumpling leaves upward to wrap the sago

Tie it up with cotton thread

Put the wrapped rice dumplings into a pot, add water and cook for 30 minutes. The water should cover the rice dumplings

Simmer for another 10 minutes and then you can eat
