This is the first time I have made this dish, and our two kids love it very much.

Add ground ginger starch, a little oil and salt to the minced meat, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Wash the mushrooms and take the mushroom stems

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1g of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of starch to water, mix well, and set aside.

Stuff the minced meat into the mushrooms

Pour oil into the pan and fry the fleshy side of the stuffed mushrooms until golden brown

Flip and fry the mushroom side

Pour in the prepared sauce. Simmer until the juice is reduced
