Fried vegetarian meatballs
Overview
Everyone likes different vegetables. This dish is mainly seasonal vegetables and the combination of ingredients is not so greasy. I like the sweetness of taro with radish. I happened to have a few slices of green vegetables at home, so I added them in. In fact, the taste is more pure and delicious without adding them 🙈😂😂 Mainly, I like fried radish and taro ~ I like fried food! 😄Dedicated to children who don’t like to eat vegetables😀

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add some green leafy vegetables as you like, mainly because of the sweetness of radish and the softness of taro~😆
-
Chop all the radishes. In order to let them take shape, I cut them first and soaked them with a pinch of salt~
-
Add salt, pepper, glutinous rice flour and a little water and stir to form a batter that requires kneading to form a ball
-
Roll into small balls
-
After the oil is hot, fry slowly over low heat for 7 or 8 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Mainly when the taro is cooked, don’t cut the taro too big☺️
-
Once the finished product is out of the pan, use kitchen paper to absorb the oil and it will be delicious!
-
I think the finished product is very delicious with taro fried radish and some chives. Today I just added some vegetables at will ~ it tastes better without adding them🙄🙌🏻🙌🏻
