Spiced Peanuts
Overview
I really like eating peanuts. They are a snack and a side dish for drinks. One pot is not enough to serve on the table. I never get tired of eating five-spice peanuts. 700 grams of fresh peanuts, 8 grams of refined salt, 2 star anise, appropriate amount of bay leaves, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of water.

To clean the peanuts, use a shabu-shabu and rub them back and forth.

Put the peanuts, ingredients and seasonings into the rice cooker;

Use the porridge menu button to cook for 50 minutes, or use the steam button to cook for 30 minutes. 50 minutes will make it softer and glutinous. Once cooked in 30 minutes, simmer again. The more you chew, the more fragrant it will be. The time is determined by the individual.
