Overview

Strawberry mousse, although it is a summer dessert, but I love it regardless of the four seasons. The bottom layer is butter-baked dried film that I prepared on a whim. When I ate it, I thought it was a milk-flavored biscuit. The middle layer is chocolate mousse, which is soft and cold, much like chocolate ice cream. The top layer is my favorite strawberry milk~ Because it is so delicious, I didn’t realize until I finished eating that I had to take pictures, so it was a bit messy.

  1. Line the mousse mold with tin foil

  2. Chop the roasted dry buns

  3. Mix the toasted buns and butter, spread them on the bottom of the mold, and put them in the refrigerator

  4. Soak the Geely slices in cold water until soft

  5. Dissolve Geely tablets in warm milk

  6. Mix the light cream and cocoa powder and whip until it reaches 8 layers

  7. Mix in the dissolved Geely slice milk, pour into the mold, and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour

  8. Add the milk with dissolved Geely slices and put it in the refrigerator

  9. After 1 hour, take out the mold and gently take out the strawberry mousse
