Cold Sichuan Pepper Sprouts
Overview
It’s my first time to try Sichuan peppercorn sprouts and it’s delicious to scramble eggs with them! I saw that Youqin served it raw, so I tried it too. It was very refreshing, but to be honest, I couldn’t get used to it!

The pepper buds purchased online are carefully selected

Wash it with water first and then soak it. I also added some powder for washing fruits and vegetables. You can also soak it with salt

After cleaning again, rinse with pure water

Drain and set aside

I used half a salted egg white, cut into small pieces

Prepare the sauce: Take a small bowl and add a spoonful of sesame paste
