Southern Breast Grilled Chicken Legs
Overview
I often use microwave ovens to heat food, but this was my first time roasting chicken legs in a microwave. It took 7 minutes to bake the whole chicken leg. If the chicken legs are thick, add about 1-2 minutes to the cooking time. The rich southern milk flavor permeates the entire chicken thigh, and it tastes great.
