The large intestines sold in the market are quite clean now. When you buy them, turn the large intestines over, add noodles, rice vinegar, and a little salt and simply scrub them. The steps require your hands, so I didn’t take any photos. Simply blanch the processed sausage, then cut it into sections and put it in a pressure cooker with a small amount of cooking wine and the broth used to blanch the sausage for five minutes
-
After the oil is hot, we put the aniseed onion, ginger, garlic and pepper into the pot and stir-fry (you don’t need to add too many condiments, the stew will have a medicinal smell if you add too much condiments, which will take away the aroma of the fat sausage)
-
Add the sausage and stir-fry
-
Pour in the dark soy sauce and bean curd juice, salt and sugar. The bean curd juice is salty, so be careful not to add too much salt
-
Add the clear soup from the fattened intestines just now. After boiling the pot, turn down the heat and simmer until the soup is reduced
-
The stewed sausage is all work
-
Will it make the soup more fragrant if I pour it in?
-
I feel like I just need a plate of pancakes and we can start dinner😀
