After eating hot pot and bone soup for a while, I wanted to eat something lighter.

Dig the winter melon into balls with a spoon, chop the pork into a puree, add shredded ginger and garlic slices to the meat and mince it together.

Add stock to the pot, bring to a boil, add the winter melon balls, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Shape the minced meat into balls and add to the soup.

After boiling, add salt and a spoonful of light soy sauce to taste.

When the winter melon is soft, add the chives and stir-fry.
